Subcontractors and teaming partners
Ardent Prime Group is building a bench of licensed, insured local companies for janitorial, grounds, facilities, administrative and staffing work across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri. Prime contractors looking for a small business partner are welcome too.
What we look for
- Current general liability insurance (certificate of insurance)
- A signed W-9
- References or photos of similar work
- Willingness to work to a written scope, checklist and the contract's wage rates
- A UEI from SAM.gov is helpful but not required
How quoting works
- Interest. We email a short note about a specific bid. Reply if you'd like to quote.
- Scope call. A 20-minute call to walk through the actual solicitation together.
- Your private quote link. We email a link to our subcontractor portal (portal.ardentprimegroup.com). It lists the government's own price-schedule lines. Price each one, upload your W-9 and certificate of insurance, and submit.
- Decision. We review every quote and tell you whether we're bidding with you. If we win and select you, you get a written subcontract before work starts.
Each quote link is just for your company and one bid, isn't listed on this site, and expires after the quote deadline.

Subcontractor questions
- Do I need an account to use the subcontractor portal?
- No. After a scope call, Ardent emails you a private link for one bid. Open it, price the lines and upload your documents. There is no password to remember.
- What will the quote form ask for?
- Your price for each line on the government's own price schedule, priced the way the schedule asks (per month, per hour, each), plus exclusions, assumptions, start date, crew size, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance naming Ardent Prime Group LLC as additional insured.
- Is my information private?
- Each link works only for your company and that bid, is not listed anywhere, and expires after the quote deadline. Files are private to Ardent and are deleted from the portal once Ardent downloads them. Your prices are used only to prepare Ardent's bid and are not shared with other subcontractors.
- Does submitting a quote mean I have the work?
- No. A quote is pricing only. If Ardent wins the contract and selects your company, you will receive a written subcontract before any work starts.
- What file types can I upload?
- PDF, PNG or JPG files up to 10 MB each, up to 8 files per quote.
- How do I get on Ardent's subcontractor bench?
- Fill in the interest form on this page or email your company name, services, service area, UEI if you have one and a certificate of insurance.
