Effective November 5, 2026. How Ardent Prime Group LLC handles information on this website and in its subcontractor portal.

Who we are

Ardent Prime Group LLC ("Ardent", "we") is an Oklahoma limited liability company. Questions about this policy: todd@ardentprimegroup.com.

This website

This site has no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Our web host processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

What you send us

  • Email. If you email us, we keep the message to answer it and for our business records.
  • Subcontractor interest form. Company name, contact name, email, phone, services, service area, NAICS, UEI, insurance status and notes. We use them to consider your company for subcontracting opportunities and to contact you about them.
  • Subcontractor portal (portal.ardentprimegroup.com). When we send you a private quote link, the portal receives your prices, quote details, the name and contact details you enter, and any documents you upload (for example a W-9 or certificate of insurance). We use them only to evaluate your quote, prepare our bid, and set up a subcontract if one is awarded.

How we protect it

  • All traffic uses HTTPS.
  • Quote links are unique, unguessable, specific to one company and one bid, and expire. We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of each link.
  • Uploaded files are private to Ardent. They are deleted from the portal once Ardent downloads them into its own records.
  • Website form entries are deleted from the portal once Ardent moves them into its subcontractor records.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share one subcontractor's prices with another subcontractor. We may include a subcontractor's information in a proposal to a government agency when the solicitation requires it, and we disclose information when the law requires it. Our service providers (web hosting and email) process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep subcontractor and quote records as long as needed for the bid, any resulting contract, and the record-keeping periods that government contracts and tax law require.

Your choices

Email todd@ardentprimegroup.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us. Replying "no thanks" to any of our emails removes you from our outreach list.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
